Booking Process

Once you have decided to book.

Add your details and choose your dates.

You will be asked to input your payment card details- this is to verify you- no payment is made at this stage.

We will then email you an invoice shortly after your booking. Payment is via the payment link using our SSL payment gateway. This payment is due on receipt.

When payment is successfully received- you will be sent a confirmation email of the booking.

Before the access codes and check-in information are sent you need to respond to 2 emails.

The first email is titled "Check-in Online" - by clicking the blue button at the bottom you will be able to submit your Photo ID (Full drivers license of Passport). We will verify this against the check-in information provided at booking.

The second email is titled "Deposit for your Stay" - This usually comes out 48 hours prior to you arrival date. Please follow the blue "Pay Now Button" to make your security deposit. This is held separately to your rental fee and is held for 48 hours post departure where it is returned or a claim is made against the deposit. Reasons for claims are detailed in the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of each page of the website.

Once these 2 tasks are complete 24 hours prior to arrival your full access codes and check-in information are emailed.
