We have regular visits from golfers- not just because of the championship course of Carnoustie and St Andrews both 20 minutes drive away but also for the other 9 courses within 6 miles. The Sidlaw Hills are to the north which are ideal for walking or enjoying nature, while the River Tay to the south offers a range of watersport and river activities.

The holiday home is centrally heated and has a uniquely modern/ traditional mix of decor with many original features. The home is well appointed with all the things you will need to have a wonderful stay.

Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single). Heating is controlled via the Hive controller located in the living room.
